  • CEYLON RUHUNA OP ST20515 Long, thin leaves give a honey coloured infusion and well-balanced, slightly sweet taste. This is a rare Ceylon tea.
  • DARJEELINGS OKAYTI FTGFOP1 SPL ST21516 A notable tea garden, it spreads out in the picturesque Mirik valley at 1,200 - 1,800 metres above sea level. The fresh green leaves of regular structure give an amber liquor with a rounded and long-lasting combined taste of meadow flowers, herbs and a hint of honey.
  • GEORGIA OP ST21300 Georgian tea grows in the fertile foothills of the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains, the end product featuring an unmistakable aroma and flavour. The tea is not particularly strong so a larger quantity is necessary for brewing.
  • GUNPOWDER BLACK ST20602 Leaves are rolled into pellets, much like they are for green Temple of Heaven tea. Their colouring ranges from hints of dark green to black. Unlike green Gunpowder tea, this one is fermented giving a typical golden-brown colour.
  • LAPSANG SOUCHONG
    China
ST21000 Known also as Zengshan Xiaozhong, these teas are a speciality of Fujian province. In the final stage of production they are hung in baskets over smoking pine wood fires to dry. The intensely black leaves give a dark red liquor that has a distinctive smoky aroma and flavour.
  • NEPAL BARI ST20307 This extraordinary tea originates from the Nepalese and Darjeeling border area at an altitude of 1,830 metres. It has been cultivated with extra care and in accordance with ecological rules especially for Oxalis. Markedly rolled leaves with numerous tippies produce a vivid golden liquor, releasing a fine fragrance of herbs and honey, which also appears in the infusion. It has a distinctive harmonious taste of dried heather, lime blossom and raspberry bushes, leaving a light open note in the mouth.
  • NILGIRI ST20400 India's southern tea plantations stretch through the range of the Nilgiri Hills or 'Blue Mountains' producing tea, the aroma of which is not dissimilar to Ceylon teas.
  • TURKEY BOP ST21303 Turkey grows tea close to the Black Sea, and the country is one of the highest tea consumers worldwide. Usually, their teas are drunk domestically. This tea has fine leaves producing a dark brew with a gentle, almost sweet flavour. It is good value for money.
